Changes to this Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Updated” date. We recommend that you check the Policy periodically for any updates or changes.

If another user invites you to Shopigenics as part of our collaboration tools or referral program, we will receive limited information such as your email address or other contact information. We intend to fully comply with COPPA and international laws respecting children’s privacy. Therefore, we do not collect or process any information for any persons under the age of 18.
