Shopigenics Terms of Service

Eligibility

Payment and Fee

 Shopigenics charges a fee for connecting buyers and sellers of services. Sellers will be paid for their services through Shopigenics, and Shopigenics will deduct its fee before releasing payment to the seller.

Disputes

Shopigenics is not responsible for any disputes that arise between buyers and sellers. However, we encourage users to try to resolve any disputes through communication and negotiation. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved, Shopigenics may, at its discretion, provide dispute resolution services.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Shopigenics, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, are the property of Shopigenics or its licensors. You may not use any content or materials on Shopigenics without our express written permission.

Termination

Shopigenics may terminate your account or access to the site at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any content or materials you have posted on Shopigenics.
